Q2. Can your boxes be customized?
Our waterproof airtight boxes are all manufactured in factory molds. Currently, we have not provided customized services, but if you have special and large needs, you can talk to us again!
Q3. There is a small circle on the outside of the box. What is it for?
That is the waterproof and airtight valve of the box. Please turn it tight at ordinary times to keep the box airtight; if the air pressure changes, the box will be more difficult to open. Please temporarily loosen the waterproof and airtight valve. Easy to open, please remember to tighten it after finishing picking.
Q4. Is there any foam in each box? How to use it?
Each waterproof airtight box is equipped with pre-cut foam, you can plan the equipment placement space by yourself, use your bare hands to remove the foam; use a utility knife to slightly scratch the foam and then remove the foam will save effort.
Q5. But I am too lazy to dial the foam by myself. Is there a customized foam service?
We have cooperating EVA foam manufacturers, and EVA foam has better impact resistance and can more accurately plan the equipment space. It is the choice of many customers who pursue perfectionists and protect expensive equipment.
Q6. How do I maintain the exterior of the box if it is dirty?
Rinse the dirty surface with clean water first, and then it is recommended to wipe the surface with a microfiber cloth (which is less prone to lint), or wipe it with a neutral detergent.
Q7. I saw you on the Internet saying that people can sit on a box. How heavy is it?
The recommended weight of the medium and large waterproof airtight box is 70~100 kg; the small storage box is not recommended to sit on, after all, it will be uncomfortable to sit if it is too small~
Q8. What is the purpose of each item on the box? To look good?
That is the "rib-reinforced structure" on the surface of our box, which can strengthen the resistance of the box against collisions; and the arc-shaped design of our box corners can further reduce the impact of collisions.
Q9. Since it is called a waterproof "air-tight" box, can it function like a moisture-proof box?
Basically, it can also be used as an enhanced version of non-electronic moisture-proof boxes on the market. As long as you put a desiccant in our waterproof air-tight box, cover it and fasten the air-tight valve, it will have a moisture-proof effect.
Q10. How to choose a suitable size box for my equipment?
It is recommended to leave at least 2 cm each around and below the foam as a buffer space for the foam. If you have questions about box planning, you can provide the length, width, and height data of the stored items first, and ask us.
Q11. Is there any warranty for the box?
●Any purchase of products authorized by the company's network and cooperative distribution channels will enjoy warranty service. Please present the warranty card or invoice before activating the maintenance service to determine whether the product is still within the warranty period.
●Three-year warranty: Vidafun provides a three-year free warranty for the correct use of stored products.
●Lifetime Warranty: Consumables will be charged for maintenance over three years. The warranty includes: levers, locks, tugs, and handles. If serious damage makes it impossible to repair, you can exchange for new products at a discount. Thank you for your willingness to use Vidafun products for a long time.
●The shell is damaged due to accidental force factors, such as airport consignment, freight forwarding, etc., please submit a claim to the airline/cargo company. Our company is not included in the warranty scope. Please help pay attention.
●Any maintenance products are 14 working days, excluding the two-day week and national holidays. If the parts are out of stock, the time limit will exceed 14 days and will be notified in advance.
●Maintenance products can be delivered to the province's cooperative channels in person, or sent back to our company. The maintenance personnel will evaluate the maintenance cost and inform the consumer by phone to confirm; if the consumer does not agree to the maintenance, the goods will be sent back by cash on delivery .
●Warranty content does not include:
Outer casing or material wear, material aging due to incorrect storage methods and locations, and modified products are not covered by the warranty.
